Welcome to Band at PCMS! I began my teaching career in 2013 as a student teacher at Platte City Middle School and Platte County High School. Since then, I have taught in the Kearney and South Harrison school districts before again becoming a Platte County Pirate - first at Barry School in 2019, then at Platte City Middle School in 2021. I hold degrees in music education and educational leadership from Northwest Missouri State University (BME, Ed.S) and the University of Missouri Kansas City Conservatory of Music and Dance (MME).

I absolutely love teaching and playing music, and I feel privileged to be able to do what I love every day! If you have any questions about Band at PCMS, please do not hesitate to contact me.
