I am very excited to be teaching LEAP at PCMS! For the first 13 years of my career, I taught second grade (two years) and fourth grade (11 years) in the Park Hill School District. In 2013, I was blessed to become a PC Pirate and have remained a Pirate since then, working at PCMS, Siegrist, and Compass. I am a proud two-time Bearcat graduate from Northwest Missouri State University, and I received my doctorate from the University of Kansas. My husband (Jeff) and I are raising two Platte County Pirates of our own. Our son, Cole, graduated from Platte County High School in 2026. Our other son, Tate, is currently a senior at PCHS. Their extracurricular activities keep us busy as a family.
