  • Important Info for Current 7th Grade Students/Parents/Guardians
If your student is now over the age of 11, they can receive their Meningococcal (MCV) vaccine and their Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertussis (Tdap) vaccine, both of which are required for his/her 8th-grade year per Missouri State Law. We are trying to collect these before the end of this school year, so Fall Registration will go more smoothly. ***Updated immunization records may be brought to the Health Room at school, faxed to 816.858.3748, or emailed to bundrig@platteco.k12.mo.us.***
  • End of Year Medication Pick-Up
The Platte County R-3 School District medication policy does NOT allow medications to be sent home with a student NOR can they be kept in the Health Room over the summer. Therefore, medications must be picked up by an adult and may be picked up in the Health Room during school hours.

If you would prefer to have the school dispose of your child’s medications at the end of the school year, please notify the school nurse, Ginger Bundridge, at bundrig@platteco.k12.mo.us. (Medications remaining in the Health Room at noon on the last day of school, May 26, will be properly disposed of by the nurse.)
