Dr. Kimberly Archer
Sixth Grade Social Studies Teacher
Platte City Middle School
I am very excited to be teaching sixth grade social studies at PCMS! For the first 13 years of my career, I taught second grade (two years) and fourth grade (11 years) in the Park Hill School District. In 2013, I was blessed to become a PC Pirate in 2013 and have remained a Pirate since then working at PCMS, Siegrist, Compass and recently returned to PCMS. I am a proud two time Bearcat graduate from Northwest Missouri State University and I received my doctorate from the University of Kansas. My husband (Jeff) and I are raising two Platte County Pirates of our own. Our sons, Cole and Tate, are both students at PCHS and their extracurricular activities keep us busy as a family.
